Dave brings with him a wealth of international in-house/ agency talent acquisition and recruitment experience within technical, project and operational disciplines spanning across multiple market sectors including: Construction, Transport, Power, Renewables, Water, Defence, Oil and Gas and Mining.

Dave has extensive experience in the development and implementation of workforce planning frameworks, further strengthening our commitment to support our partners in ensuring that they have right talent in place, with the right capabilities, at the right time, to deliver on Australia’s significant future demands.

Robert has 18 years external recruitment experience across a number of different sectors including rail, civil infrastructure and building & construction.

Robert has worked on a number of the largest projects across New South Wales and over the last few years has been recruiting within the rail technical space. Which has helped him build vast networks nationally and internationally within systems / safety assurance, electrical and signalling engineers and exec level professionals.

Robert also has extensive experience of high volume recruitment drives within tight deadlines.

Stuart brings nearly 10 years of experience working across Blue and White-Collar markets. With a background in Gas Engineering in the UK, Stuart has a wealth of knowledge and the ability to understand company needs and requirements to provide the best resources in the market.

With over 8 years’ experience in the Sydney market, Stuart has developed an extensive network across Engineering, Civils Infrastructure, Utilities, Building & Construction. Stuart has recruited roles at all levels, from Supervisor, Engineers, to General Managers and other Exec level roles.

Nadiah brings a wealth of internal recruitment experience with over 5 years’ experience managing a diverse portfolio of white-collar roles across the Tier 1 Construction and Design Engineering space.

During her time with John Holland Group, Nadiah worked across some of Australia’s iconic infrastructure projects, including Narrabri to North Star – Inland Rail, WestConnex 3B, Sydney Football Stadium and many more.

Nadiah’s understanding of the industry combined with her drive will be key in delivering sustainable workforce solutions not just for our clients, but the overall industry.

Joe brings with him 7 years international external recruitment experience across various sectors including Rail Infrastructure, Fit Out & Refurbishment,  Building & Construction.

Since arriving in Australia in 2016, Joe has built up a strong network of Clients and Candidates in the Rail & Construction sectors, allowing him to recruit a range of positions for clients on a National basis. Since moving into the Rail sector, Joe has been a specialist recruiter filling positions across a range of roles, including Systems & Safety Assurance, Signalling Engineers, Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Heads of Department and specialising predominately in Senior level search and selection engagements for Tier 1 Contractors, Design Consultancies, and Major Operators.

Harriet has over 5 years of experience working across the Building and Construction, Civil Infrastructure, Mining industries. She has extensive experience in managing high volume national recruitment drives and brings with her a wealth of knowledge in the varying recruitment and retainment strategies required in today’s highly candidate driven market.

Whilst there continues to be a high demand for skilled talent but short supply, Harriet’s passion for candidate care puts her in a unique position to leave lasting impressions and work collaboratively with our partners to create a positive impact on their brand.

Natasha has over 8 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience and 4.5 years specifically working in the railway industry across Australia. Her positions have involved employment in Australia, the United Kingdom and the USA where she has benefitted from working within multi-cultural and diverse environments.

Natasha has developed a vast network and brings her extensive knowledge and understanding of the railway industry to Infrastructure People.

Russell brings with him over 15 years’ international sales and recruitment experience working in the construction sector across the UK and Australia, with his most experience recruiting for both white and blue collar roles in construction and mining.

Russell has extensive business development and company growth knowledge and experience, whether cultivating new talent or networking with prospect partners, or strengthening existing relationships he plays a key role in developing dynamic strategies in order for Infrastructure People to provide long term value for the industries we work within.

Prudence provides a decade of experience within recruiting. Prudence has developed an excellent reputation for resolving problems, meeting expectations and overall customer satisfaction. Prudence has developed a vast network and great knowledge within the Energy and Mining Sectors.

Harriet joins Infrastructure People with over 5 years’ sales experience across multiple sectors in the UK. With an initial focus on candidate experience, Harriet will be adopting her skillset to ensure that we are able to maintain a professional service by providing high-level experiences to both candidates and clients across the Infrastructure sector.

Harriet is passionate about relationship building which will be highly advantageous in developing a deep understanding of how to best support our partners and their resourcing requirements.

Enan has first-hand experience of the construction industry. Previously excelling as a carpenter and site manager for 6 years. Enan has a great network of established contacts. Enan relishes the opportunity to help businesses to grow and thrive through skilled candidates and his own industry experience.

Alice brings over 5 years experience in across both recruitment and sales, with exposure to both internal and external agency specialising in the civil industry in Australia and the UK.

With a key focus on candidate experience and client account management, Alice will be using her prior experience to ensure best practice to our key partners.

With over 14 years of experience in hospitality management, Ruth has honed her skills in hiring and onboarding staff, making her a valuable asset to our team. With a strong focus on both internal and external clients, she excels in building lasting relationships. Holding a degree in Person-Centered Counselling, Ruth understands individual preferences and unlocking their growth potential. As she transitions into a new industry, Ruth brings a fresh perspective to the mining division.

Raechel is a highly professional and dynamic specialist with over 5 years’ international experience within the recruitment industry. She brings with her a wealth of experience having had exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of industries.

Diligent and professional; Raechel takes pride in delivering exceptional services and account management.

Raechel will be key in allowing us to tackle the skills shortage in an innovative way, by sourcing skilled workers and leading the headhunting process in recruiting the best talent directly from the UK.

Joanne is joining the business with over 19 years experience working across recruitment, administrative and HR roles in many sectors in Northern Ireland, including design consultancy, voluntary sector, and the civil service.  Joanne brings with her extensive experience in the development of dynamic recruitment campaigns, which has enabled her to develop a comprehensive understanding on how to create efficient and effective strategies to secure the best candidates.

Joanne is assisting Infrastructure People with leading the headhunting process in recruiting the best talent from the UK, looking for overseas job opportunities.

Abbey joins Infrastructure People with years of experience in executive and high level support. With an extensive background of excellent organisational skill, attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively, Abbey will work closely with both the IP team along with current and future clients.

Antonia graduated the University of Wollongong with a Visual Arts and Graphic Design degree with the knowledge of typography, branding, web design and colour theory. Combining her sales recruiting experience and graphic design skills, Antonia’s key focus is assisting Infrastructure People with marketing and branding, as well as assisting their internal talent pool as Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Nitin has been a member of senior executive teams for the past 20 years at large and small organisations including managing a private equity fund for CBA. He has board director experience as well as advising on investments, mergers, acquisitions and restructuring.

​His industry experience includes energy, renewables, and technology. Nitin also worked as a corporate lawyer for 10 years with leading firms in Sydney and London.  His expertise includes conducting strategic and commercial reviews, restructuring, project analysis and business development.
