Emilie is a Delivery Consultant at Infrastructure People, supporting recruitment delivery across civil, construction and mining. She focuses on the candidate side of recruitment, sourcing, screening and building pipelines, keeping consultants supplied with strong, well-qualified candidates for live and upcoming roles.
Emilie's background bridges recruitment and human resources across the UK and Australia. In the UK she supported onboarding, compliance and pre-employment processes with the BBC, the NHS and Staffordshire Police, giving her a strong grounding in the documentation and right-to-work requirements that sit behind a clean placement. Since moving to Australia she has recruited across civil and infrastructure markets with Fusion People before joining Infrastructure People, where she supports clients including Moits, Simmons Civil, Hawk Contracting, Next Tier Innovation and Baseline Surveys.
Working in fast-paced delivery environments, Emilie brings a proactive, organised approach and genuine follow-through, managing candidates through interview, offer and onboarding while coordinating references, compliance and pre-employment checks to keep placements on track.
