Ley is a Resource Manager at Infrastructure People and a recruitment and talent acquisition specialist with ten years of experience across recruitment and human resources, sourcing and placing talent across construction, engineering, mining, manufacturing and offshore staffing markets. She has delivered full-cycle recruitment for clients across Australia, the UK, the US, Singapore and the UAE, spanning trades, technical, engineering and back-office roles.
Before joining Infrastructure People, Ley led recruitment delivery as Talent Acquisition Lead at Emapta Global, managing end-to-end delivery across multiple international clients, monitoring KPIs and SLAs and mentoring consultants, with earlier human resources and recruitment roles in Dubai with NAFFCO and in the Philippines across construction and engineering markets. Through Infrastructure People she supports clients including Keolis Downer, Eptec, Simmons and Gunlake Quarries across high-volume, hard-to-fill and project-critical requirements, including international sourcing, compliance, visa coordination and mobilisation.
Experienced across both external and embedded delivery environments, Ley combines hands-on delivery with team leadership. She is known for building strong talent pipelines, managing high-volume requirements and bringing structure, pace and consistency to busy delivery environments.
