Sophie is a Delivery Consultant at Infrastructure People with more than four years of experience delivering end-to-end recruitment across construction, technology and data markets in Australia, Ireland and the DACH region. She has worked across external and embedded delivery environments, partnering with government and commercial clients to source, screen and place candidates into white-collar and technical roles.
Sophie began her recruitment career in Dublin with Trinnovo Group, delivering across the DACH technology market and mentoring graduates through the FastFutures employability program, before moving to Australia and recruiting across data and technology for government, commercial and financial services clients with Charterhouse, and across white-collar construction with Project Recruit. Through Infrastructure People she supports clients including Alstom, National Intermodal, EI Australia and DEP Consulting.
Experienced in managing the full recruitment cycle and building strong candidate pipelines, Sophie combines a consultative approach with a CIPD-qualified HR background, giving her a solid grasp of both the search and the people side of every placement. She is known for keeping briefs moving and delivering consistently against time-to-hire, pipeline and interview-to-offer targets, supporting candidates and hiring managers with care throughout the process.
