The Role
We are on the lookout for a Senior Consultant to join our close-knit team in Perth. You will play a crucial role with resourcing and searching for talent across a number of sectors across Australia including Infrastructure/ Construction, Rail, Mining and Tunnelling.
Most importantly, you will represent the Infrastructure People values inside one of our existing clients, leading the way on managing the resourcing outcomes of some of WA’s most respected companies.
Infrastructure People has grown quickly, and successfully completed two in-house assignments for Perth based contractors.
Main Responsibilities:
Sourcing talent for key clients
Working alongside clients with resource planning and retention initiatives
Working through recruitment best practice and improvements
Providing exclusivity and trust to ensure our clients competitive advantage
Drive recruitment strategies and outcomes
The Candidate
