The Role
We are on the lookout for an experienced Talent Resource Manager to join our close-knit team. You will play a crucial role with resourcing and searching for talent across a number of sectors across Australia including Infrastructure/ Construction, Rail, Mining and Tunnelling.
This role will suit someone who is proactive, highly motivated and loves a challenge, and in return you will have the autonomy and freedom to make the role your own.
Main Responsibilities:
Sourcing, screening & shortlisting candidates
Network and advertise to potential candidates
Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc
General support to the recruitment team

- Experience within recruitment or resourcing is desirable
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Will have a proactive and a hard-working attitude
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
